Since 2003, Frank’s forward-thinking has led him to launch five companies — the most recent in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. Considered one of the leading minds in the world of employee benefits technology, Frank works with many of the top ten benefit consulting firms, as well as large regional players and local state-based firms, providing them with new insights into attracting, winning, and retaining business. Frank is a keynote speaker, as well as a contributing writer for Inc., Forbes, BenefitsPRO, and Employee Benefit News. On his podcast, 5 Questions with Frank, he interviews fellow business leaders, sharing their origin stories and the lessons that shaped their success. In addition to being a member of Inc. Masters and the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), Frank is on the elite advisory board with Plansource, the strategic advisory board with bswift, and the board of directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He’s also a member of NAHU and the Connecticut Technology Council. Frank has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Connecticut State University. He currently lives in North Haven, CT with his wife Danielle, daughter Tessa, cat Mr. Whiskers, and boxer puppy Zoey.
