Why it costs more

Why Next costs more.

Core is a peer council. Next is a coached program. The price covers a 25-minute check-in with Jessica or Drew every month, a monthly roundtable, twelve months with one result each, and the worksheets and My numbers that keep score.

What we bring. What you bring.

What YEC brings

A 25-minute check-in with Jessica or Drew every month.

A monthly roundtable with founders at your stage.

Twelve months, one result each, with the worksheet and the AI skill for it.

My numbers, so you always know where you stand.

Everything else a seat includes: live sessions, publishing, the Library.

What you bring

About 3 hours a month, kept.

Your real numbers, entered by the 5th.

The work between roundtables. Nobody does it for you.

Honest answers at the table, the hard ones included.

Next is not a shortcut. We bring the tools and coach you through the year. The work, and what it builds, is yours.

Fit

Who it is for.

Team

Founders with people on the payroll, or a first hire in sight.

Solo

Founders working alone who want the leverage before the hire: agents, automations, contractors.

Startup

Funded founders, and founders with a product or pilot and no revenue yet.

The time it takes.

About 3 hours a month:

  • A 60-minute roundtable.
  • A 25-minute check-in.
  • The worksheet and the lesson.

Every roundtable is recorded for your cohort alone. Miss one and the replay is in your Library.

The year

The twelve months, Team track.

  1. Month 1Where you actually are
  2. Month 2Where the $1M comes from
  3. Month 3The plan, pressure-tested
  4. Month 4Your pipeline in Pinnacle Ethos
  5. Month 5Sales calls that close
  6. Month 6Proof and voice
  7. Month 7AI systems and SOPs
  8. Month 8Your first hire or VA
  9. Month 9A 13-week forecast
  10. Month 10Cash and margin
  11. Month 11Retention and referrals
  12. Month 12Core readiness review

The Solo and Startup tracks change the months that do not fit a founder working alone or a company before revenue.

Pinnacle Ethos is the platform YEC itself runs on: the CRM and pipeline, email and text, booking, forms and the social planner, in one place. Month 4 builds your pipeline in it.

Proof

28 to 31%

Firms starting at $500k to $749k in revenue reach $1M within five years 28% to 31% of the time (JPMorganChase Institute). Next is built to beat that rate. No outcome is promised. Source

The table agreement.

Every Next member keeps five lines.

  1. What is said at the table stays at the table.
  2. Speak from experience, not advice: what happened when you faced it, not what someone should do.
  3. Nobody works the table as a lead list. Doing business with a member you meet here is welcome; it is between the two of you.
  4. Anyone who stands to earn from a recommendation, Jessica and Drew included, says so first.
  5. Come prepared: numbers entered by the 5th, worksheet in before the roundtable.

After the year

Graduation.

  • Moves to Core at $1M+ in revenue with 75%+ attendance. A strong year short of $1M can earn Core on probation while the numbers catch up.
  • YEC Next graduates get $500 off their first year of Core.
  • Not at the bar by month 12: a second year of Next, or Core on probation while the numbers catch up. Solo founders take year two on the Team track.
  • The first cohort starts January 5, 2027.

Questions

Nine fair questions.

Month 2 names where the $1M comes from. Month 3 puts a price increase or a packaged offer live, not on a plan. The program is pointed at paying for itself in the first quarter. That is the aim, not a promise.
About 3 hours a month. The roundtable is 60 minutes on the second Wednesday at 12 PM ET. The check-in is 25 minutes at a time you book. The worksheet and the lesson fill the rest.
Three tracks, Team, Solo and Startup, and an interview that places you in one of them. If the honest answer is not yet, we say so.
No. The work is your own business. Each month asks for one result, shipped: a price live, a pipeline built, a hire scoped. Jessica or Drew reviews it at your check-in, and the table sees it at the roundtable.
Most founders need a second year, and we say so from day one. Short of the bar at month 12, you take a second year of Next, or Core on probation while the numbers catch up. Either way you keep your seat.
Yes, and we say so up front. Next is a twelve-month program, and every plan, monthly or quarterly included, is a twelve-month commitment, not a month-to-month plan.
Every roundtable is recorded for your cohort alone, and the replay goes to your Library. Moving to Core takes 75% attendance, so plan on missing no more than three of the twelve.
Every Next member keeps the table agreement: what is said there stays there, nobody works it as a lead list, and anyone with something to earn from a recommendation, Jessica and Drew included, says so first.
Core is a peer council for founders at $1M+ in revenue. Next is the coached year toward it: a check-in with Jessica or Drew every month, a roundtable, and twelve results. Finish the year and your first year of Core is $500 off: $3,000 instead of $3,500.
