I started my career as an accountant working in The World Trade Center. After being told, “You are making the biggest mistake of your life,” I left NYC & “the dream job” to start a life, business, & new career as a Mortgage Broker in Western PA with my new husband. In 2008, the economic & real estate crash hit and I learned the POWER of Video & Marketing to build & sustain a profitable business. While other mortgage brokers were fleeing the Industry, I continued to grow by doubling down on Building a Team, Video Marketing and growing multiple streams of revenue. Going from a sales producer to a solo entrepreneur who does it all yourself is exhilarating, but also exhausting! I was in your shoes GRINDING, but no matter how much I worked, I could not do any more. And neither can you! There is a recipe for Long Term Success and a way to follow a winning formula (I am an accountant at heart and D1 athlete in spirit, so I have fiercely & meticulously figured out the formula) Fortunately for me and all of you, it isn’t that complicated. You just need the right PEOPLE to guide you while building your team and the systems & strategies that will free you. In 2020, Megan & Andres Munar launched The Co’Lab Podcast to help other business owners achieve the same level of growth and success.
