Laura Land is a highly motivated and accomplished executive with over 14 years of experience in Organization Management, eCommerce Management, Logistics and Product Design.  She brings a very comprehensive knowledge and expertise in operational efficiency strategies, personnel management, marketing strategies, eCommerce and product development.  Laura has a very strong understanding of evolving eCommerce Marketplaces both in the U.S. and internationally. Currently, Laura serves as COO / CFO of Marketplace Valet.   Laura's company specializes in helping brands bring their products to online marketplaces.  Laura has been involved in the leadership of the company from the ground up and along the way has gained an enormous amount of experience with eCommerce Marketplaces such as, Amazon, eBay, Newegg, Best Buy, Rakuten, Sears, and Jet.com as well as the marketing strategies required to be successful on each platform.  Laura is well versed in multi-channel fulfillment strategies and software.  Laura has the unique ability to see a business from a 360 degree view, which allows her to quickly assess the best possible solution to most business problems. Laura's companies have been listed to the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America in 2011, 2012, and 2015.  Her companies have produced over $60 Million in revenue.  In 2011, Laura along with her husband Will were awarded the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Award by Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship.
