The Secret Sauce for Building a World-Class Community
Last week, YEC member John Rampton — an entrepreneur and columnist for Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., and The Huffington Post — published an Entrepreneur article that features tips from YEC co-founders Scott Gerber and Ryan Paugh. Rampton asked them to share their “secret sauce for developing a world-class community.”
With more than 1,000 selectively curated members in YEC, Gerber and Paugh know a thing or two about community building. But just like anything sustainable in the age of tech takeover and the digital evolution, the business duo is taking things to the next level, which can only happen with forward-thinking strategies (as opposed to old-fashioned tactics that many other organizations have seemed to adopt).
