Jessica Aiello is a visionary, strategist, and founder who has built her career on access and belonging. As CEO of TCS Interpreting and Captions, she has spent over a decade dismantling barriers to language access for the Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing community. At YEC, she leads community and vision, shaping the space founders build in. An SHRM-certified leader with an HR foundation and an EO board tenure, she pairs strategic clarity with one belief: everyone deserves to be seen and heard.
Drew Golub
Head of Strategy and Technology, YEC
Drew J Golub, Esq is an AI-driven attorney, entrepreneur, and business strategist who builds the systems companies run on. He started his first business at ten, toured as a club DJ, and came to law late, and now serves as Head of Strategy and Technology at Young Entrepreneur Council alongside founding ASAABFOREVER.com, Denali Liquidation Group, and Pinnacle Ethos. He believes business should support life, not consume it, and he builds with that in mind so he can enjoy life with his adventure partner Amber and their three dogs.
