About

Sydney is the CEO of the US arm of TiPJAR, a cashless tipping platform that enables the collection, pooling & distribution of cashless tips for groups & individuals. After graduating from Southern Oregon University with a BSc in Biochemistry, she pivoted, moving to Scotland and joining the UK's largest craft brewery, BrewDog. Over four years she went from designing & managing their brewery tours to heading up the marketing & sales team for the brand's rapidly growing 100+ global bar chain. Life brought Sydney back to the US in the early days of the pandemic and as a part of TiPJAR since it's foundation in the UK in 2018, it was a no-brainer to use it as an opportunity to kick off its' US operations. Today she leads a fast-growing team in San Diego looking to continue rapidly expanding across the US supporting hotels, tour operators, caterers, musicians & more. When not being tipping evangelist, you'll find Sydney sailing on the bay (in her home), hiking around the hills with her pup or eating & drinking her way around San Diego.
