Vinny Antonio found his passion for Experiential Marketing while traveling the U.S. in a bug catcher mobile as the one and only GEICO Gecko. In 2008 after his three year stint on the road he took all of his knowledge of what attracts consumers to want to have a conversation with a Brand and rolled it into the Victory Marketing Agency, one of the fastest growing Experiential Marketing and Event Staffing Agencies in the US - with a three year revenue growth of 357% awarding them a place on the Inc5000. Victory has now successfully managed and staffed over 25,000 events all over the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Prior to doing the robot in front of crowds of tens of thousands as the Gecko and of course founding Victory, Vinny graduated with his B.S. in Business Management from Washington College, a small private liberal arts college in Chestertown, MD. He credits his upbringing from his parents and the constant reminder to "treat others how you would want to be treated" in his success in establishing lasting relationships with Victory's 20,000+ independent contractors and clients.
