Sri then joined GEX Management, a Dallas based publicly traded business services firm as the CEO , where he led the firm’s successful transition from a low margin back-end staffing business to a high-end corporate consulting business, resulting in over 15% expansion in the company's YoY gross margins and elimination of over 40% debt from the company's balance sheet within one year.
