About

My career as a home care entrepreneur came as a result of my passion for healthcare and eldercare as well as growing up in a family deeply involved in the industries. Through my education and work experience, I saw the opportunity to apply innovative solutions to these areas where I had a sense of mission. I felt the home care industry needed to be turned upside down. I was deeply disappointed seeing companies putting profits over people, and I asked, “Why do we do this work and how do we do it better?” The answer became our mission: to create an environment where we set our team members up for success by empowering them to provide the best home care services in our local community. We’re not a huge company, but a local business with a desire to make Pinellas County a better place. To do this better, we needed to focus on our team—our caregivers. By focusing on quality training and providing tools for them to succeed we have been successful in uniting commerce with compassion. The results of this method show in our team and client feedback. We were just named a “Best in Home Care” provider by our independent quality assurance agency. In 2010 we finished 4th in the fastest 50 growing companies ranked by Tampa Bay Business Journal with a 355% growth over the prior 3 years and in 2012 our sales grew by 32%.
