About

Cliff notes version: faith in God, traveling, time with my wife and son, golf, craft beer, meditation, running, and my growth agency Craft Impact. I started a marketing growth agency for a few reasons, among them: to create a successful company that offers employment opportunities, to be a role model to my son as my dad was to me, to grow from the challenges of creating a sustainable business, and to help other small and medium size businesses grow their revenue and teams through inbound marketing. After working for a large pharmaceutical advertising agency out of college, I knew I wanted to create a new kind of marketing agency- one with fresh ideas, personalized support and proven ROI without the big agency prices and overhead. I continue to be a Notre Dame college football fan despite attending the university during the underwhelming Charlie Weis era and the more recent years of disappointment. I'm passionate about fundraising for brain tumor research after losing my 53-year old father to a glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) brain tumor in 2012. My family runs an annual "Hope..It's a Beach Thing 5K Walk/Run" to raise money for brain tumor research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I'm extremely proud and grateful that we've raised $310,000 over 6 years to fund this critical research.

Craft Impact Marketing

Company bio

Craft Impact is a growth and communications agency that helps companies translate jargon-filled messaging into compelling content that resonates with potential customers. For small and medium sized companies looking to grow: Our inbound marketing clients typically have a long sales cycle for high ticket items (over $50K), 2-10 full time salespeople and over $5M in annual revenue. 90% of their business is coming from referrals and repeat clients, and their website doesn’t typically generate many quality leads. We generate quality content and set out to use it strategically- to turn website visitors into quality leads for our clients’ sales teams. We get up in the morning because we’re excited to see the impact our marketing strategies have on a growing company’s’ revenue. For companies undergoing change: The other side of our business is geared towards companies undergoing change, where we build actionable communication strategies for companies going through a merger, acquisition or other major change. We help these companies overcome key challenges associated with sensitive change by advising and delivering communications to boost morale for a company’s internal colleagues and to retain and align existing customers.
