As a co-founder & CEO of Kvantum, an AI based consumer intelligence & marketing attribution company, Shilpi raised $1M seed round from strategic investors in 2013 and since then she has grown Kvantum from $0 to multi-million dollar business. Shilpi brings expertise in building high-performing & customer-focused teams while applying the lean principles in building a global organization. Prior to Kvantum, Shilpi spent 15+ years in strategic consulting, M&A and product development. While advising companies like Adobe, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Oracle and Teradata. Shilpi has also helped various startups in building their operations ground up. Shilpi mentors/advises many startups globally and is a founding director of StartupGrind Fremont chapter. She is a regular contributor to Inc., Forbes, TheNextWeb, Women2.0, and SmallBizTrends. Shilpi was named “100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley” in 2018 by SV Business Journal. Shilpi holds a M.S. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and MBA from UC Davis. Currently, Shilpi’s primary area of interest & research is to build an ecosystem of highly innovative marketing AI technologies that can work together in taming the marketing beast for brands & agencies.
