More than 54% of all workers will need reskilling/upskilling by 2022; it’s one of the top challenges faced by C-Suite. Today, companies spend 1-3% of their total salary expenses on reskilling (approx. $1300/employee), yet only 14% of this expense contributes to meeting the changing skills requirements. SkyHive is a Canadian artificial intelligence company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Its enterprise cloud platform supports rapid and large-scale workforce reskilling efforts of governments and Global 2000 companies through quantum labor analysis, a methodology invented, developed and commercialized by SkyHive. It's the world’s first and only “live-streamed” job taxonomy and skills ontology that captures labor market movements in real-time at their most granular level, driving exponential accuracy and efficiency to workforce reskilling initiatives, providing up to 70% savings. With the mission of tackling global poverty and social inequality, SkyHive leverages exponential technologies to facilitate labor market transformation, upskilling, and lifelong learning; ultimately fostering a stronger, more prepared, and more confident workforce for a brighter tomorrow.
