Scott Bailey

Scott is a strong advocate for entrepreneurial ecosystems and launched Bequall.com to help high-growth communities produce high-quality affordable housing. Previously Scott was responsible for overseeing all of MassChallenge’s activity in North America including new program development and geographic expansion. In addition to overseeing the Boston accelerator, Scott has launched MADE@, PULSE@ and FinTech@, three exciting initiatives focusing on rapid prototyping, digital health and financial technologies, respectively​. Scott had served as a key member of the MassChallenge team since its early days​​ in 2010. Scott has spoken at South by Southwest, the Chief Innovation Officer Summit, has a seat on the board of directors at the University of Vermont and countless other organizations dedicated to entrepreneurial impact and learning. Scott has a BS in Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont.
