I believe in using real estate to solve challenges of the built environment and improve people’s lives. This philosophy has guided my work at outlier Realty Capital, which I founded in 2013. The mission of outlier is to invest in spaces that meet the changing needs of people and communities. Our core values are people, giving, and innovation. Over the past five years, outlier has grown its portfolio to over 700 units, more than $150 million in development projects, and over 750,000 square feet in our portfolio and under development through our value-add, opportunistic development, and co-living strategies. I welcome the opportunity to speak at industry events about how we can reimagine real estate to make a positive impact. I’m passionate about the future of co-living (outlier developed the first co-living building in Washington, DC) and enjoy speaking at family office and multifamily forums, among others.
