I have been lucky enough to wear many different hats in my career. I've worked in different sectors such as manufacturing, retail, Information technology & services, and the call center / BPO industry which translates into years of experience in many fields that include but are not limited to sales, customer support, customer experience, over the phone interpretation, transcription, translations, customer service, recruiting, and business development just to name a few. I have worked with major companies that have a global footprint as well as helped build contact center / bpo startups from the ground up that are now disruptors and very well known in the region.
