About

Nate Kline is a private equity executive with over $25bn of deal experience across numerous industries. As Chief Investment Officer of One Wall Partners, Nate has led the acquisition of dozens of transit-oriented apartment buildings. He developed the Multi-Family Alpha® strategy to structure acquisitions of stable assets with operational and financial value-add that consistently generate excess risk-adjusted returns. Prior to co-founding One Wall, Nate founded a corporate, creative and financial advisory business (Genuity Partners LLC), taught financial training courses worldwide and advised executives as a Senior VP at Accordion Partners. Nate was formerly at Fortress Investment Group LLC where he specialized in evaluating, acquiring and managing the groups’ transportation and shipping investments. During his tenure, Fortress made 5 major transportation-related private equity investments totaling over $9 billion. Before joining Fortress, Nate began his career as a mergers & acquisitions investment banker at Merrill Lynch, advising a variety of large corporate clients on domestic and international transactions valued at over $15 billion. Nate graduated concurrently with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics with Honors as a Schreyer Scholar from Pennsylvania State University in 2003. As a freshman, Nate co-founded the Penn State Investment Association (PSIA) and helped to prepare the organization for the launch and management of the multi-million dollar Nittany Lion Fund. Since graduation, Nate has volunteered for the Smeal College Alumni Society Board and Schreyer Honors College, most notably as a mentor. In 2008, Nate co-founded the Lions on Wall Street Alumni Society and served on its Board for several years. In 2009, he received the Smeal Outstanding Young Alumnus Award.
