Krystyn is an entrepreneur who believes business is a catalyst for social impact. She is President at OrderMetrics, an ecommerce analytics platform for growing consumer brands. She started her career in ecommerce at age 17, when she founded an online store, while a student at Western University. She believes leadership is about serving others and applies this to how she leads her team at OrderMetrics. Day-to-day, she is focused on merchant experience, growth, company culture, and people and product development. Krystyn speaks fluent Fortune 500 and startup, coming from management consulting and several creative and entrepreneurial endeavours. She has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, Australia, and Japan and is passionate about the intersection of design and tech to create impactful solutions for social change.
