As a teenager I realized that conventional education was not offering important life-skills necessary to become successful in the real world. This resulted in authoring my first book as a teen and a total of 6 books over the following 6 years. My interest in human behavior led to relationships with world leaders in the field of personal development and the opportunity to travel and speak around the globe. When the economy tanked in 2008, I dove into real estate in never looked back. While real estate is my primary business, I enjoy the idea of living life as an anthology which panders well to what I refer to as a "curse of diverse interests," including writing, speaking, art & design, philosophy, surfing, snowboarding, and well, we'll stop there.
