About

Before starting my agency, I spent 15 years as a television and radio journalist, working for news outlets all over the world, including ABC, CBS, Fox, CNN & National Public Radio. As a professional storyteller, I learned how to engage an audience and build credibility, and I believe those skills are just as valuable for business owners as they are for journalists. KWSM is a full-service digital marketing agency made up of journalists. We specialize branding, messaging and ongoing marketing execution with the goal of helping our clients generate and convert more leads. Our services include content creation, social media management, web development, SEO, digital advertising, PR & influencer marketing. We also have expertise in Employer Branding - lead generation campaigns aimed at potential employees instead of potential clients. KWSM has offices in Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA, Atlanta, GA and Las Vegas, NV. We work with clients like Mitsubishi, Rakuten, Anthem Blue Cross, F45 Fitness Studios, Caesar’s Entertainment, and small to mid-sized companies across the country. I also work as a consultant, helping business owners and CMOs integrate digital strategies into their traditional marketing plans. This work includes regular speaking engagement at conferences and for corporate and small business audiences. I live in San Diego with my husband and 6 rescue dogs. Outside of work, I'm passionate about dogs, books and wine.

Seven experts from Young Entrepreneur Council shed some light on what businesses can do specifically to get started on their year-end review and explain why these steps are crucial for the review's success.

A strong daily routine can make all the difference in a team's productivity.
