Joseph Pace III is the President of J. Pace & Son Holding Company. The late Joseph Pace Sr. founded the company back in 1966. He opened his first "Italian Groceria" in Boston's North End, shorty after his family made the move from Orsogna, Italy. Today, Joseph III continues to emphasize the same principles the business was built off 52 years ago. J. Pace & Son Holding Company is the parent company that manages four similar, yet-unique food service entities that hold an Iconic footprint in the Boston & Greater Boston area. Joseph's recent spotlight has been the result of his ability to innovate in the food service industry. Not only is he dedicated to innovate and expand his business, but determined to team up with fellow entrepreneurs to share ideas and guide them into their own share of success through the YEC platform. Joseph stresses the importance of networking and staying ahead of trends when building your brand. His aim moving forward is to focus on creative merchandising, marketing, and customer service techniques.

Pace & Son Inc. is the flagship location, specializing in Catering, Imported Italian products, Meat, Deli, and Bakery (Saugus, Ma). The other two J. Pace & Son locations feature a variety of options for Breakfast & Lunch, Prepared Dinners To-go, Catering, and a vast selection of Beer & Wine. These Locations can be found in the Seaport & West End districts of Boston. The fourth and most recent venture of J. Pace & Son Holding Company resides above the Flagship location in Saugus called Rosaria Restaurant & Function Facility. Rosaria offers guests a variety of event spaces that can accommodate parties of 300 or more. Aside from the private events, Rosaria also includes an elegant outdoor patio overlooking a waterfall terrace, an intimate dining room setting, upscale cocktail lounge, and corporate conference room.
