Hagan quite literally grew up with the online advertising industry. In 1999, while still in high school, he founded an ad-network which eventually grew to 10 million impressions per day. After selling his first company, Hagan co-founded Linkbucks.com, an advertising service for users of social networks. As CEO, he grew the site from 500 visitors per day to the top of the Alexa Internet Traffic Rankings with as many as 30 million unique visitors daily. He is currently the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Yellowhammer, a leading online agency and technology group. Yellowhammer was the winner of the American Business Awards \"Management team of the year\" for 2012, runner-up for fastest growing company, and named one of the \"Best places to work\" by Crain\'s Magazine. Additionally, Hagan has been a featured speaker at the industry conference Affiliate Meet-Up 2010, Future Business Leaders of America, the 2013 AppNexus Summit, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
