I am the Co-Founder and VP of Marketing for Squelch, a cloud-based solution built for customer support and success organizations. I am responsible for the overall company vision as well as product messaging, communications, and programs. Prior to Squelch, I was the founder and CEO of Blueprint Lucidity Corporation, a business consultancy designed to help small businesses identify gaps in management and operations to maximize revenue as well as execute programs to promote employee loyalty and morale. An adventurer by heart, I've trained horses, raced motorcycles, and traveled to over 20 countries. When not watching industry webinars and reading white papers, I spend most of my free time sailing in the bay and hanging out with my dog, Oscar.
