Fadl is the founder of Nexford University, an ambitious next generation online university. Fadl became an entrepreneur at age 18 and has since gained over 14 years of experience in media, data, and technology related businesses in the MENA region as well as the USA. He is experienced in starting and building companies from ground up based on a solid future vision and the necessary discipline to build and execute plans. Fadl has raised over $7 million in growth capital across various ventures and built companies employing a total of over 500 people operating across multiple markets worldwide. He has a proven ability to operate under high pressure in extremely fast paced environments adapting to change and crises as they develop. Fadl launched SOCIALEYEZ under the News Group umbrella and successfully grew the digital agency from two people to more than 120 across multiple countries. In his capacity as CEO Fadl has worked with Fortune 500s, government and regional organizations on building and executing award winning social media strategies across emerging markets. Prior to joining SOCIALEYEZ he held several positions at News Group International, from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Strategy Officer being his last. While at News Group Fadl played a key role in growing the company from 50 to over 400 across multiple markets through a successful organic as well as M&A based growth strategy. Fadl holds BBA from the American University in Cairo in addition to multiple management degrees from the George Washington and Middlesex Universities.
