Esteban Kadamani is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Infinite Windows LLC, a glass and glazing contracting firm located in Miami, Fl. Esteban is from Cartagena-Colombia where he grew up and went to school. After graduation, Esteban moved to Miami, Fl to launch his career. He began at 18 years old working for Subway earning minimum wage. He owes much of his value for each dollar he earns and spends from his days at Subway, as well as the respect and treatment to his employees, especially those working at the bottom end of the ladder. At age 21 he was hired by a Window and Door firm, at that time the construction boom was at high speed and hurricanes were creating a need for hurricane resistant windows and doors. This is where he learned about the business and construction in general. Started off as an estimator for the company to climb all the way up to become the Sales Manager. His strong leadership skills, as well as his implementation of new Tecnology into the business made it increase sales from $2 Million a year to $30+ Million a year before he left. At age 23, and after only spending 2 years helping grow the business were he learned the trade he decided to open up his own Window and Door business. With the help of a friend and now business partner Santiago Toral they opened Infinite Windows LLC. Infinite Windows LLC is located in Miami, Fl and was founded in February 2007. We partnered up with developers, contractors and architects, helping them with designs, value engineering and educating them how to make the best out of the budget they had, at the same time providing them with high quality products that can withstand the strongest hurrican
