My mission in our newest venture IBH Media is simple: Reach one billion people worldwide and diversify media. How am I going to diversify media, glad you asked: Helping more podcasters get their word out there. We started with one show and now have 3, with all of them a minority female led host. That is just the beginning. If this fits you let us know, we need your help to reach 100 million entrepreneurs. Who am I? I realized during my first real management job that I loved to lead people. It was not about the title, it was about the ability to help and change lives. You don't realize how much of a difference you can make until you help someone get a promotion or be able to provide for their families. For well over a decade I worked in the corporate world where I was able to lead a few hundred amazing individuals. Everything I learned I use in my own organization. Since 2014 helping lead the marketing of our e-commerce stores on Amazon and Shopify. Ventured into the brick and mortar business to help others with their skin conditions like myself. Helped thousands of men and women be confident with their skin. Made tinted sunscreen cool with guys and we were awarded Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in America twice. Nowadays, I love to help business owners and entrepreneurs win by using the new "PR" of 2020 called LinkedIn. After building a strong network I realized you control the message, see who gets that message and can interact unlike traditional media. B2B or B2C it doesn't matter you connect with your audience unlike any level seen on other social media. I also love to inspire and empower through candid conversations from our media company called IBH - over 100k people reached monthly, iTunes and Spotify charts in over 8 countries and 3 shows. Wrote an Amazon best selling book about launching a podcast in 48 hours.
