Christopher Beltran is Founder of WovenFi, a Web3 Digital Assets Platform for Financial Institutions to make available crypto and traditional file storage capabilities for their constituents. He also built and markets Common Bonds, a community platform for online communities. FICommunity.com is a network of over 3,000 financial institutions professionals all using Common Bonds to collaborate. He is also Founder & Managing Partner of Syntrina Leadership, an executive coaching firm of accomplished coaches (not Chris) who have helped Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Amazon, KPMG, Boeing, and more. Christopher has been deeply involved in the blockchain space for a while and is working on bringing his personal success and network to his investors wanting exposure to the space in a balanced, transparent, and healthy way. Christopher started his first software company serving financial institutions, out of his dorm room in college. He spent his twenties growing the company profitably to serve over 7 countries, and eventually exited successfully. In addition to building other startups in board governance and compliance, he has served as a technical and strategic advisor on a variety of ventures and helped them get acquired or grow in a profitable way. His background is in software architecture and leadership while his interests are in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, robotics, storytelling, and organizational modeling. Christopher is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society ($1.2 Trillion represented). He serves on the board of Change Makers Rule Breakers to bring entrepreneurs to Necker Island each year. He also serves on the Dean’s Board at Butler’s Jordan College of the Arts where he helps shape the fine arts programs for students in ballet, dance, orchestra, and music. He is actively involved with wildlife conservation through the Tusk and WildAid organizations. He is also an active mentor for high school kids at the Purdue Entrepreneurship Academy and at the MIT/Harvard Summer Launch Program and has taught at Purdue University graduate-level entrepreneurship.
