If you're offering a product or service, there's an ideal customer who wants to buy from you. Who is this customer? What is their name, age, marital status, etc.? To better understand your target market, start with demographic information and then go deeper into their challenges and pain points. You can survey your prospects and customers to learn more about their pain points and how your product or service can solve them.
