Member Publications

Earlier this week YEC members Yoav Vilner and Stanley Meytin were featured in the FastCompany article, “4 Signs You’re a Grat Founder But a Crappy CEO.” Stanley stated, “Founders treat their company like it’s their firstborn child,” while Yoav wrote, “Founders are usually driven by their strong and intense emotions while the company is still young. A CEO must be there to lift the energies up and maintain the company’s best interest from being discouraged.”

In his latest Mashable article, “5 Tips For Having An Honest Discussion About Job Satisfaction With Your Boss,” John Tabis, founder of The Bouqs Company, discusses the importance of being honest with your boss about the things that need improvement, so he or she can see areas in the organization where positive changes can be made. He writes, “Often, you’ll find your boss very willing to address issues impacting employee happiness or productivity.”

John also appeared on AccessHollywood Live to talk about his company.

Elizabeth Saunders recently wrote an article for The Huffington Post Blog. The Real Life E founder and CEO shares her best tips about how to Love Your Storyline, saying that “As you think about your new year, examine your goals, plans, and resolutions carefully. Make sure that you are being the truest version of yourself.”
